Die Konstruktion des Etagen-Rollers besteht aus pulverbeschichtetem Stahlrohr und Profilstahl in der Farbe RAL 5007 Brillantblau. Die Ladeflächen sind mit Holzwerkstoffplatten ausgestattet, die einen 10 mm hohen Rand besitzen, um die Eurokästen sicher zu halten.
